    A few minutes of stretching in my horse’s stall before I got on, nothing major. But the results?? WOW.

    My toes stayed facing forward through all the gaits, and my lower leg felt way more solid as I was really focussed and able (!) to sink down into my heels. I was ACTUALLY using my lower leg to cue my horse, not my heel, and like magic, inside leg to outside rein actually started working! Who knew that could happen?
