    Staying Durable Through Show Season

Show season adds up quickly. Training rides, competitions, travel, work schedules, family commitments. The body keeps track of all of it.

In this session we’ll look at how adult riders can approach recovery and load management across a full season. The goal is understanding the basic pillars that help athletes stay durable over time, not perfect routines or complicated tracking systems.

You’ll learn how training load accumulates, how recovery pillars supports adaptation, and how riders can make practical adjustments when life and riding schedules collide.

We’ll also touch on how physiology changes across adult athletic life, including considerations that can influence recovery for riders in different stages of training and competition.
