Train Like the Athlete You Are

Riding takes strength, coordination, and a surprising amount of physical resilience. Most riders figure this out the hard way.

In this session we will look at what strength training for riders actually needs to accomplish. The goal is not hours in the gym or complicated programming. It is understanding how to build enough capacity to ride well and stay sound through a season.

You will learn how the physical demands of eventing show up in the rider’s body, how much training is realistically required, and how to structure a week that fits around work and riding.
